Error with Gallery

Hi there! Ive recently started to get errors while trying to load anything in the Gallery.

I can still load anything that's already saved to my library, but nothing directly from the Gallery. If I try to open something from the it, it just continues to load and I get a pop up that the object is corrupted. And after a while I get red X's where the pictures should be.

Ive tried taking my tray folder out, but it still didnt work. I tried deleting a bunch of stuff from my Library, nothing. I removed my mods, still the same. I repaired my installed files twice and that didn't fix it either.

    Hello, 

    Recently I have had trouble with the sims 4 gallery not working right and some sims download delivery also not working. My gallery has listings and such but all of them have red x's on them and the pictures won't load. It won't let me CAS and place them somewhere either. 

    I have tried to delete from my library to make more space, repairing the game in the EA app, and uninstalling and reinstalling the game onto my windows computer. Any help and advice would be appreciated.

    When ever I open the gallery nothing will load and eventually red crosses come up as the profile pictures.

    If I press on anything and try to download it says there was an error.

    I have attempted:

    1. Checking my firewall settings
    2. Testing with my firewall off but the gallery is still not working 
    3. repaired the game 
    4. Removed all mods
    5. restarting my computer
    6. Renaming the sims 4 file as "- old" and starting a new game 

    No idea what to do now. Can anyone help?

    i've repaired, took out all mode, allowed all firewalls, cleared cash, my gallery still shows up as corrupted

    There is something wrong with the gallery.

    I can open My Library, but all the online features just buffer and then get the red cross.

    Any ideas on how I can fix this??

    I have tried:

    1. Disabling mods 
    2. Created a new save to see if it is caused by corruption
    3. Repairing the game via the EA app
    4. Uninstalling and reinstalling
    5. checking my firewall permissions, including temporarily disabling it to see if that fixed it. Nope
    6. Renaming the Sims 4 folder as "The Sims 4 - Old" and starting the game to generate a new folder.

    I am at a loss now.

    Please help.
