FUTTIES Token store evolutions missing after purchase
I purchased the goalkeeper evolution (100 tokens), the right mid evolution (100 tokens), and the striker evolution (200 tokens). After going to my evolutions the only one I was able to see and apply was the striker one. After closing the game, completing the striker evolution, checking the store for unmoved items, I am still unable to see the first two evolutions I purchased for a total of 200 FUTTIES tokens. Just gone. My tokens are also gone.Token Cap
Hello EA Support, I’m contacting you regarding an issue with my FC 26 Rivals rewards and the FUTTIES token limit. Before claiming my Rivals rewards, I had 990 FUTTIES tokens in the weekly cap . My Rivals reward was supposed to give me 500 FUTTIES tokens, but because I was already at 990, the game only gave me 10 tokens and the remaining 490 tokens were completely lost. I understand that there is a 1,000-token weekly limit, but I don’t think players should lose rewards they have already earned simply because they were close to the limit. I earned the full Rivals reward, and there was no meaningful warning telling me that 490 of my earned tokens would be discarded when I claimed it. I’m asking EA to please review my account and restore the 490 FUTTIES tokens that were lost. I would also appreciate clarification on whether this is intended behavior or a bug with the rewards system. I have screenshots/proof available if needed. I claimed my Division Rivals / Objective rewards while close to my weekly token limit, my rewards pushed my account past the 1,000 weekly cap. The game gave absolutely no UI warning, confirmation pop-up, or alert stating that my cap was full or that claiming rewards would destroy the excess tokens. As a result, I didn’t get any Token and now they are vanished.Connection interruption
This is a complete farce! The game server cut out while I was in a match for the second time in a row. This is insane! I'm getting penalized and banned. This is unbelievable! I want my rights! I was in the final and winning the match when the server went down. I restarted the tournament, and then the server went down again. This is truly a disgrace! I want my rights now!
