Mass False Bans for “Balance Transfer” on PC
Throwback to 24.12.25, when EA’s automated detection system flagged thousands of PlayStation accounts for “balance transfer.” After 8–10 hours, they fixed the issue and unbanned everyone with a single click. Everyone thought the problem was resolved, the Wildcards promo continued, and the money kept flowing. Now, three weeks later, guess what’s happening on PC? Exactly the same thing that happened on Christmas Eve. Multiple accounts in my community have been banned over the span of just two days. Casual players, traders — you name it. I even tested the issue myself by hopping onto unused accounts, trading a few cards, and playing a couple of Rivals games. And guess what? After about 10 hours of normal gameplay, I got banned for literally no reason. We didn’t sell coins. Most of us didn’t use any external web app add-ons or bots. Just regular Weekend League gameplay with some trading on the side to improve our teams — literally using the in-game market as intended. My friends and I did some research to figure out what might have caused this. We reviewed the cards we bought and sold, as well as our profits and losses. Across all 14 accounts, there was exactly one common card purchased on every single account: Ibanez Winter Wildcard. The point of this post is to make this issue public and hopefully get it noticed by someone at EA. Many people have lost their time, money, and nerves. EA Help’s policy is based almost entirely on automated responses, so when you try to appeal a ban, you’re stuck resending the same message only to get rejected by a bot 24 hours later. It’s incredibly frustrating. I've already made a post on Reddit and X both got quite a big attention, but still no action by EA. So please, if you’re in the same situation, upvote this post. Feel free to comment about your experience with EA Help, and if you managed to get unbanned, let us know how you did it. Fellow EA FC 26 players — cheers.4.5KViews36likes192CommentsCheater
Especially on weekends, cheaters reach their peak, and there are almost no opponents playing without cheating. I've been playing this game since October, and there's been no change or decrease in cheaters whatsoever. Are you planning to fix this? Because I don't want to participate in online matches anymore. Stop allowing them to steal our time, money, and effort!!33Views1like3CommentsCan Icon swaps save this game?
Should I stick around for Icon swaps or should I just quit? I just suffered my worst defeat in FC 26. My opponent had 2 TOTY players in his squad. I expected him to score a lot of goals, but did EA really have to help him by nerfing my attack? All 5 of my finesse+ shots hit the post. I passed the ball into space for my RW to run onto. He instantly stopped as soon as he got to the ball. The LB caught him and won the ball back. My players would receive a pass and knock away from goal. By the time I was in position to shoot, his players were positioned to block/tackle. I've definitely gotten better since the game was released (play regularly), but why does it feel like I'm just constantly getting battered? It seems like the results are getting worse and worse since TOTY was released. Squad battles is no longer fun now that I know there are objectives that impact the score. Instead of playing freely and practicing, I'm trying to complete the match objectives to maximize my points. I didn't pay $100 just to play Rush (the only slightly fun mode left). Should I wait for Icon swaps or should I just quit?No More Mixed Teams!!
I love womens football. My wife was a professional player, so I watched a lot of it. And of course watched tons of mens of football as well. I used to play a little too. There is no comparison between mens and womens football. Not even in the highest levels of womens football and that's because of physics/nature (call it what you will). I 've watched many mixed gender friendly games of professional teams (mainly for charity and/or promotion) and there is no way to compare the physicallity of men to that of women. Men central defenders devour women attackers, even if they are the smallest and fastest women attackers. What EA is doing to this game is WRONG. It takes away the "truthfulness", the sense of the game that most people know, love and appreciate. I understand that there are a lot of players that are not interested in football, don't know how it's played properly and/or don't even care. They probably never played the real game and/or watched one. They only want fast/small/powerfull players and EA provides just that, by (wrongfully) overpowering women football players. But for those of us that like True Football, this is crazy! Does not make sense and it is something that, in the future, may affect the real game. Would you like to see Pina playing for the Barcelona Mens team? She would have a hard time even concetrating from all the "grabbing", pushing, shoving, cursing, hitting that happens during a real game. Would it be nice to have Haaland playing with the Manchester City ladies team. Who would be able to stop him??? And because Haaland plays a bit dirty (the nature of the game), he would end up with harassment lawsuits every week! Please put an end to this!!!90Views0likes6CommentsCE-107928-7
Hello, I am playing EA SPORTS FC on PS5 Digital. After the latest update, I get error code CE-107928-7 every time I try to enter Ultimate Team. Other game modes work normally. I tried: - Rebuilding database - Reinstalling the game - Logging out and back into EA account - Updating PS5 system software The issue is still happening. Please check my Ultimate Team account or server access. Thank you.17Views0likes0CommentsOngoing PC Transfer Market Ban Issue – Still Not Resolved
I’m posting to ask for help and escalation on my own case, but also to raise awareness of what appears to be a wider, ongoing issue affecting PC players. Timeline of my account: Jan 18th – First transfer market ban applied for alleged Coin Distribution, appealed the same day - case #235503244 21st – Ban confirmed as incorrect and overturned, went back to normal playing the game and active trading 26th – Second transfer market ban issued for alleged Coin Distribution, appealed the same day - case #236233027 28th – Received an email and case update confirming the ban was incorrectly applied and overturned. Despite this, transfer market access was not restored, so I submitted another case the same day as advised by a customer care agent and advised that it would be resolved quickly - submitted case #236430848 30th (today) – Received another confirmation agreeing the ban was incorrect and would be lifted. However, my account is still restricted from the transfer market! Spoke with customer care again and advised to submit another case to ToS which could be up to 10 days wait. Submitted case #236593866 So despite the ToS team agreeing that the bans were applied in error, full functionality has still not been restored since the most recent ban. I’ve now lost over 9 days and counting of transfer market access during TOTY, purely due to repeated false positives and delays in restoring access. Beyond my own case, this clearly isn’t isolated. Many PC players are reporting the same issues. It strongly suggests a systemic issue with the automated detection system on PC, particularly impacting active traders. I’d really appreciate: Help to escalate my case so my access is fully restored Reassurance that this wider issue is being actively investigated and prioritised Thanks to anyone who can help push this forward. The things I've had to deal with in the past days are ridiculous so I'm going to share my experience here for people that might face a similar situation. I will give updates below this post if anything happens in the meantime. A couple days ago i got an email in the middle of the night, saying i was permanently banned from FC 26. I can only guess why i have been banned for ''coin transfer'', as the email stated, but its ridiculous that the automated ban system even flags an account for what I'm about to share. I play on PC, which has a much smaller playerbase than console, which means the transfer market is a lot less active in comparison. I was awake super late at night for a couple days (around 5am GMT+1), so i started trading, bidding on hundreds of more expensive, rare cards, since they can fluctuate in price a lot. They can potentially make you a lot of profit if you get lucky and win one of those bids, which i eventually did. A few each night, maybe 1 out of 20 players i was bidding on. All this data is easily accessible data for EA. Of course, i then sold those players for the price they were selling for at that point in time. What's most ridiculous to me is, that it is literally impossible to transfer coins through bid? Like, everyone could just bid on the same players I make a bid on, which people did on most of them. Why am i being punished for normally using the transfer market? I understand that this might have been issued by an automated system, but why has my first ban appeal been denied almost immediately, without anyone actually looking into things? It should be blatantly obvious that i haven't done anything against the TOS. How is this the way a long time paying customer that never had any problems with their account in any way shape or form is being treated? I've spent countless hours (900+ just in FC 26) and a lot of money this year again, while passionately building my account to where it is right now, just to get banned right before the biggest promo of the year? I have already missed out on a lot of things that expired over the last days. Why would I ever participate in coin transfer, when I barely ever even use expensive players bought on the transfer market? Easily 80% of the players I use are evolutions, with the other 20% probably being 15% SBC players. Also, why would I ever be stupid enough to risk my account, that has been in good standing for many years? There is countless more reasons why none of this makes any sense. My case has been stuck at ''Waiting on Studio'' for DAYS now. I'm not even sure if i will get my account back at this point, since i have not heard any reasoning for my ban other than the general topic. I'm beyond frustrated and scared that i will not be unbanned since I unfortunately haven't had a single positive experience with EA Help this far. I have also opened another case with a ''Data Subject Access Request'', basically asking for them to send me the market data related to my account so i can prove that i haven't done anything wrong. No response for this case yet. If anyone has any idea what options I still have, please let me know, I'm desperate for anything that could help me solve this misunderstanding at this point.85Views0likes1Comment
