Missing EA Playtesting Reward from Feb 21 – No Resolution
Hello, I’m writing regarding a missing reward from an EA Playtesting survey that I completed on February 21st.I was supposed to receive a game code (F1 25 Iconic Edition), but I never received anything. I have already contacted EA Support multiple times. Each time my account was checked and confirmed to be fine. I was told this was a known issue affecting multiple players and that the case was escalated. However, my cases have now been closed twice without any resolution, and it has been over a month since I completed the survey. At this point, I would really appreciate it if someone from the team could look into this, as I’ve been waiting for quite a long time with no outcome. Hello, I was eligible to sign up for an in person play test for Apr 20-23. I was in the middle of signing up, but after I refreshed the playtest page, I was signed out. Everytime i sign in at https://www.ea.com/playtesting it still just says "sign up" so I cannot complete the play test form. I filled out a survey on feb 21st the minute i got the email for it. It included a game code. I chose battlefield 6 for xbox series x and never recieved my code. Hello, I am facing a bug in EA SPORTS FC 26 Seasons mode. In some matches, my team starts without a goalkeeper, which makes the game unplayable. I have already contacted EA Support, opened a support ticket, and reached out on Twitter, but I have not received any response yet.
