Missing EA Playtesting Reward from Feb 21 – No Resolution

Hello,

I’m writing regarding a missing reward from an EA Playtesting survey that I completed on February 21st.I was supposed to receive a game code (F1 25 Iconic Edition), but I never received anything. I have already contacted EA Support multiple times. Each time my account was checked and confirmed to be fine. I was told this was a known issue affecting multiple players and that the case was escalated.
However, my cases have now been closed twice without any resolution, and it has been over a month since I completed the survey.
At this point, I would really appreciate it if someone from the team could look into this, as I’ve been waiting for quite a long time with no outcome.

    Hi there, I’ve since learned that the survey actually has two stages. The first is being invited to provide the initial information, and the second is being selected for the full survey itself. The reward code would only be sent after the full survey has been completed.

    If you did complete the full survey but still have not received your reward, it would be best to contact the playtesting email directly. But the team is currently working through a high volume of messages, so replies may be taking a bit longer than usual. Thank you for your patience.

    I have the exact same issue. Still waiting for my code from the Feb 21-27 survey. No resolution yet

    Back in February I did a survey which was sent to me by EA playtesting and I was promised as a reward to get a code to any game I want after doing it. I done it and I did not receive a code even though it has been 2 months, here is some proof of my claim too, How can I get my code

    UPDATE: I was told on EA Help to put this onto Forums as the community will help me get the game code even though that makes no sense what so ever

    Hi there, have you contacted the Playtesting team directly? You should have an email with your playtest invitation, so that may also be a helpful route to try.

    Speaking personally, I’ve already tried everything. Replied to the email, contacted EA Help multiple times... they just close the cases. It’s been 2 months.

    Sorry to hear this. Directly replying to that email may not work, as it was likely sent automatically by the system. I’m not sure whether the email includes a suggested contact method, so that may be worth checking first. On my side, I’m also trying to reach out to the team.

    Hey, I have the same problem. I wrote to the playtesting email-address that was in the invitation email (under "For more information, questions, or comments please email us at playtesting@ea.com.") and I got an answer from EA Help that i should write the Project Mananger. However, as far as I know, there wasn't a project manager referenced in that survey, which is why the only contact information I (and I guess the others as well) have, is the playtesting email-address, which probably gets forwarded to the EA Help team. So I don't think that we can contact anybody.
