How to align stairs to platform
I bought a lot of expansions for The Sims 4 on black friday week. A little later I found out that most of the content is missing. Today I found a "bug" that doesn't fit my mind. You can't biuld stairs aligning to a platform. I can't build glass roof provided in the garden stuff package. My game sucks, and I wanna know why and if I am the only one having such problems.
Character icons issue
During live play the icons for the Sims and their pets are crossed out with a red X. Sometimes they come back, but most often they don't. I've tried going to the main menu without saving and that also doesn't work all the time. The game is still playable but sometimes gets confusing. Please help.
[HSY] Career Day Task Not Showing in UI/On Teacher
I play on pc and when I take my Sim to high school and they have career day the UI does not show the tasks to Get Details from the presenting Sims. Also when I click on the teacher there is no option to Talk about the future but sometimes my Sim gets the scared moodlet about their future. I have all the packs and this is a mod/cc free save and has not had mods/cc. See photos attached. Edit By Crinrict: Added missing pack tag to title.
Successful Lineage: 'Have a child complete aspiration not checking' off
The aspiration Successful Lineage goal "have a child complete an aspiration" won't check off. I thought it was because I finished one of the newer ones "Playtime Captain" so I also made sure to complete the old one "Rambunctious Scamp" but still it won't check off on his father's aspiration. I own all the packs released so far and I got no mod or cc. Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title

Toddlers won't age up
I've tried for 45+ min of troubleshooting and toddler will NOT age up into child. Yes, I have tried everything imaginable. No I have no mods on right now. I have tried from the cake, baking new cakes, removing from household, re adding, traveling to a different lot and coming back, resetting aging settings. Insane this game is 10 years old and basic functions do not work. I understand bugs happen but c'mon EA this is getting out of hand
[AA] Weights missing from rack/Greyed out options saying in use
Pic taken Nov 5 2025 12:24AM Pacific PC no mods no cc The gym is empty - no sims working out. Lights on auto and the room is dark. I notice that all of the free weights are gone from this rack. Click on it and the functional options are shadowed. When I try to click on the shadowed options like, Arm Curls, I get a pop up that the item is in use. In use?? I look again all over the lot and no one is lifting. Don't they put the weights back on the rack after working out? That's gym etiquette IRL, lol. Residential lot with small business gym.
