Huge optimization issue on pc
Well the new update 1.5.6 just ruined the game very high cpu and gpu usage even in low graphics in 1080p resolution. Game stutter constantly during rivals. They fixed the issue in previous updates and now it's broken again. It's like we are playing beta version of game. I have contacted the ea help system, and after 5 hours they didn't get any answer that solved my problem, so they asked me to write in here to see if anyome else had this problem and got it solved. I’ve been complaining for years that I play from Egypt but constantly get matched against opponents from Europe. This matchmaking issue has never been fixed. At this point, it’s clear EA doesn’t care about players in my region. This will be the last time I spend money on any of your products. You’ve become the perfect example of a company that happily takes customers’ money while delivering the worst possible service. I’ve submitted numerous tickets through my account, and almost all of them were closed without any actual solution. The problems go on and on: terrible rewards, awful matchmaking, constant glitches, and rampant cheating on PC that you’ve failed to address. On top of that, you organize tournaments and special events for PlayStation players while completely ignoring Xbox players. It’s especially frustrating that you have servers in war-zone countries, yet Egypt — which has an ideal central location between three continents and one of the highest numbers of internet users in the region — is forced to play on distant servers. Since TOTS alone, I’ve spent over 10,000 FC Points and haven’t packed a single worthwhile card above 1 million coins. I could list many more issues, but it’s pointless. It’s obvious EA simply doesn’t care. What is going on with the champions mode, is your server down for that mode? In every other mode I constantly get around 10ms ping with a stable connection at all times. But the moment I try Champions, the ping meter starts jumping all over the place — going from 16ms to 22ms, then suddenly 32ms completely at random — and I can already see only 4 bars before the match even starts. At that point I’m not even willing to enter matches like that, because if the ping meter is already showing instability before kick-off, you already know the gameplay is going to feel delayed and inconsistent. Since the latest FC26 update, I can no longer control my Pro Clubs player properly in matches. I only control one player as normal, but suddenly during games my player becomes AI-controlled and I completely lose control of them. My controller still works, but I can’t move, pass, or do anything with my character while the AI takes over. This started happening only after the recent update and it’s making Pro Clubs unplayable for me. I’ve already tried restarting the game/controller but the issue keeps happening.
