Madden 26 Superstar mode Broken
What do we expect from EA. This might be your last CTR w NFL. And u can't get any patch updates working correctly?? After patch update nearly now going on 4 days, Superstar gm modes is disabled. However MUT works lol of course cus that's your golden goose, surprisingly franchise mode working. This on a brand spanking bought Series x. And yes internet is fine and I have a 240hrz 4k sony tv w 7.1 soundbar. And yes I build computers so im pretty technically savy. SO this is not a customer issue its an EA SERVER ISSUE And yes Confired w EA online virtual chat w no resolution. Y charge 100.00 -120.00 for a video game when its worth 30.00 no more, due to no features working or available or bugged & no response from EA. EA DO BETTER!! And get this fixed ASAP. FYI that's what pops up everytime Superstar tries to get launched on Series x. However Franchise & other gm modes work fine.
PC LAG AND STUTTERING
Ok so you guys know about this problem said you were trying to fix it haven’t said anything since pc players haven’t played the game in weeks because of this and you guys haven’t made a fix or anything you said something that don’t work for online games at this point we deserve a refund or something in exchange for the time you guys havent fix this issue for a company that makes games and don’t give a **bleep** is crazy this needs to be fixed asap or start giving money back because I’m ready to disput every charge I have for ea because your game doesn’t work

To all the PC players out there who haven’t been able to play online game modes for almost a month now - I highly recommend we collectively don’t purchase Madden 27. On top of that, go completely free to play on MUT. I think it’s insane that for one, we can’t create a ticket to get individual support with a tech and direct-personalized compensation for our losses. We’re just directed to forums for a “quick fix - on field visuals” that literally only helps offline play. Two, can’t request a refund if you’ve owned the game longer than a day. Can’t request refunds on purchases made within the time frame of this glitch - I would not have bought packs if I knew I couldn’t even play the game. Three, they mark the discussions as “solved” to save face. Little to no updates for us regarding the matter - just “solved” for the sake of acknowledgment paired with a weak tweet regarding the matter. Still allow us to buy packs and waste our money on players who will seemingly be out of META by the time the issue is resolved - and with no warning that the game is unplayable. Miss out on an entire season of Ranked, losing out on rewards that impact our teams moving forward. Not to mention missing out on, what usually is, one of the best promos of the year. I’ve played and loved madden for years, but this is literally abysmal. Disgusting. Prolonged without reason. Could they not have prioritized us by rolling the update back to when it was playable? Yes they could have. So long Madden, it’s been horrid knowing you. I think the only way they save themselves is by way of heavy compensation. All I’m saying is it better be good… And in case any of you were wondering, there are some PC players that are completely unaffected by the glitch. Knowing this, I wouldn’t expect anything from EA. Has EA really not responded to this issue? Anything, they just came out with the roster update 1 week after creating this issue? I mean how have they not said anything, even if they cant figure it out dont leave us in the dark. EA should be ashamed of them selves. I Demand a Refund? Whos with me. Playing linebacker in Madden 25 Superstar Mode feels broken — the AI D-line gets 8–12 sacks every game, so the CPU QB never gets plays off. It ruins the linebacker experience since there’s no time to make tackles or reads. Please tune AI pass rush or QB release timing in a patch; lots of players are having this issue.
PC stuttering and performance still unacceptable
I wanted to create a new discussion since the originally reported issue is marked as "solved" and it is clearly not. We need an ETA for a fix asap since the game has been unplayable for a week now - only 2 months after game release! Since the update a week ago (21-Oct-2025) PC performance is unplayable with lag spikes and stuttering when playing any online game. No graphics settings seem to help and the provided workaround only helps with offline modes... this is NOT A VIABLE SOLUTION for online modes (which is 99% of how we play the game). There has been no ETA for a fix and I just tried a H2H game now and the issue is still present. PS NAME: Os-22 In all of my online franchise leagues, my QB does not respond to user inputs, except for QB runs since the last update on 10-22-2025. However, that isn't a guarantee. Any attempts to throw the ball was unsuccessful, my QB will do one of the following: Get sacked Throws to any receiver without user input. Even if I select a receiver it does not execute. Start scrambling on their own. I have made several attempts to fix this situation. Contacting EA Hard power down, and restart Close the app, and restart Deleted the game, and redownloaded from cloud not internal drive Google EA forum discussion (generates my prior submission and thread) If EA reads and fixes this, they're keeping a customer. I am annoyed with these bugs. The last ones, my coach wasn't earning points, unable to upgrade players, players getting stuck mid-play or at start of play, and the biggest one was a corrupted league from EA updates. I made another discussions about this but forget to include my PS name. Unsuccessful with creating a case like before where the problem was tracked. In my prior posting about this matter, was unsuccessful adding video footage, it keeps saying failure to upload. Let's hope the video upload with posting works. So I have seen a few forums on this bug, I have spoken to representatives and no fix in site as of now, I was told to post this on forums and help up-vote similar posts here to bring more attention to it. For me it’s been 3-4 days and for others a few weeks. The issue is we can not access our lineup within our ultimate teams without an error occurring and kicking us out of ultimate team. No matter what avenue we take whether through the my team tab under “lineup” or even if we start a game and chose “lineup” and try to edit it that way. Anyway we attempt to change our lineup the same error occurs and we are booted out. It seems it’s on the side of EA and that a solution would be for them to reset our lineup on their end due to gaps in our own lineup chasing the bug. If anyone sees this please upvote it so they can see this issue and resolve it as quickly as they can!
