Has 2025 stopped being worked on? I mean, I can't understand why something as fundamental as the ability to check-up a punt, an ability previous versions had that this one does. The punters do aim for coffin-corner kick, but they never 'kill' a punt at the 2-yard line. I reported this three months ago and nothing was done. I reported four months ago that, every time Harrison Butker makes a kick, Kate Jones congratulates 'Blankenship'. Nothing was done. Five months ago, I asked them to add a Simulate Practice button so that people playing as coaches and GMs didn't have to physically perform practice, something that was possible in the other games and assumed it would be on this one, but it isn't. I chose Madden specifically because they have Coach and especially GM mode because I have carpal tunnel and can't do quick, precise movements on the keyboard/joystill/controller.
The new roster update doesn't work in franchise mode.
I updated the game and went to check out the new x factors and superstars in franchise only to see nothing changed. I exited out of franchise and looked at the roster on the menu screen and it has all the latest x factors and superstars but as soon as I went to franchise it's gone. I tried going and manually updating the rosters, making my own roster, repairing game files, and even uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing worked please if someone could find a solution it would be a lifesaver or if you have info on if it will be addressed soon, thank you. I am on PC however I am having the same problem on my PS5.
Recent Update Issues
My gosh where do I begin? Massive increase in interceptions. I play on AM with INT sliders at 15. CPU now once again glitching in front of balls they have no business catching. This has become specially annoying on in and out routes where I should be able to lead the ball and RAC catch it. Massive increase in fumbles. Again, this is on AM with sliders at 50 each and has never been an issue before this. Fumble scenarios and glitches in fumble recovery. I literally just finished a game where I watched T-Law glitch across the screen to pick up a fumble he lost after the ball got knocked loose and kick toward the sideline. There have been multiple scenarios now where multiple glitches are occurring when players are attempting to recover a fumble. Increase in Injuries and unable to remove players from IR after recovery. I've had the slider at 25 all year and never had this many issues. I play an offline franchise and I've had multiple people I've been unable to remove from IR. No idea why this is happening as the window to remove from IR should be wide open immediately after recovery for a couple weeks. Upgrading players have been glitching and not being recorded as upgraded causing me to have to redo the upgrade either after exiting the upgrade screen or the following week. Not fun when you get a decent increase and wind up with a significantly worse one after having to redo it. There's more minor things that I won't bother listing, but it's like this become a nightmare flashback of Madden's past issues all of a sudden. I'm trying to adjust sliders to find a proper balance again, but this last update has been a major step backward that I really struggle to understand.
Unable to pass the team pass selection in MUT
Since the update yesterday, I’ve been unable to pass the team pass selection screen in Madden Ultimate Team. I’m presented with the option to purchase the pass, which I’m not interested in, or cancel. However, I don’t have the choice to select the free pass. Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Online chat support has been no help. I was advised to reach out here for assistance, so I’m hoping someone here can provide some guidance or suggestions. I’ve tried resetting the cache, restarting my Xbox, and deleting and reinstalling the game. I play on Xbox Series X. Interestingly, when I logged into my father’s account, he has the option to select the free pass, but on my account, I don’t have that option.Kick offs
On kick offs, there are only three options, left, middle, and right. They are very clear. Two weeks ago, the game started switching them on me. See pictures. When I pick left, it gives me right. When I pick right, it gives me left. Please fix this, because it is frustrating to try to remember each time to do the opposite of what it shows.
Madden 25 MUT - Player Lineup error - servers cannot process your request
Hi, everyone. Hoping someone can help? every time i go to change my lineup or a specifc player. this error shows up and kicks me out of ultimate team. Also along with that, my chemistry tabs on the right hand side is not showing player links/chemistry, ie. 40/40 or 30/20 chemistry. thankyouFranchise Free Agency Bug
In our online franchise, during Free Agency Week 1, my negotiation slots glitched. It shows 48 out of 5 negotiations, even though I haven’t made any offers yet. Another user was able to sign players before anyone else could even attempt negotiations. This has completely broken the free agency period for the rest of us.
