G923 FFB locks up when G535 USB dongle is connected (PS5 F1 24)
description of the problem I’m experiencing a reproducible haptic feedback issue in EA SPORTS F1 24 on the PS5 Slim when using a Logitech G923 steering wheel. When the Logitech G535 LIGHTSPEED USB dongle is plugged in, the steering wheel’s haptic feedback becomes extremely stiff, as if ‘stuck’, and loses its usual vibrations. The steering wheel still works physically, but the haptic feedback is unusable (a single constant and extremely intense force). My setup Console: PS5 Slim Game: EA SPORTS F1 24 Wheel: Logitech G923 TRUEFORCE (PS4/PC version used on PS5 via backward compatibility) Headset: Logitech G535 LIGHTSPEED Wireless (USB dongle) Connection: both devices connected via rear USB ports on PS5 Steps to reproduce 1. Unplug all USB devices from the PS5 2. Connect only the Logitech G923 3. Launch F1 24 → haptic feedback works normally 4. Connect the Logitech G535 USB dongle Once the headset is detected, the haptic feedback becomes extremely stiff / ‘stuck’. It’s really annoying... Expected behavior Force feedback should remain stable and consistent regardless of USB audio device connection. Actual behavior Steering wheel becomes extremely heavy Loss of vibration FFB feels “stuck” or overridden Only fixed strong force remains Issue disappears when G535 dongle is removed and wheel is reinitialized Further information The issue does NOT occur with PS4 games (tested with WRC and F1 2019) The issue occurs consistently on the PS5 Slim Restarting the USB devices temporarily restores normal operation Conclusion This appears to be a USB device interaction issue between Logitech LIGHTSPEED audio devices and force feedback initialization in F1 24 on PS5. Hope I will help people if they had this issue too. :) Matias23Views0likes0CommentsSim Wheel Issues
I have a Turtle Beach KD3 wheel and base but when I try to use it, I turn left. When I look at the button test menu it shows that it is 100% turned left when it is centered, and I have to turn it ~110° to the right to get the test to show 0. The software app for the wheel says that it is centered, and it works for other games, so I assume that means it’s an issue with the game and not the wheel. Looking for any suggestions on how to fix it.238Views0likes2CommentsF1 has become unplayable
I keep getting Report Code: GDTJ-EPAM-VKPK-TGDD. Everytime i try and play f1 24. I have a moza r 12 and my ffb no longer works l. The game turns my base off almost every other turn no matter what I do. I even went as far as clearing all my drives and reinstalling everything yet still nothing I can not use my wheel base at all to play this game. It is absolutely ridiculous how **bleep**ed your game is on pc and I am fed up with this I just want to be able to play my game man and I can't. I even went and bought f125 thinking that would make a difference but nope still cant play it67Views0likes0CommentsGame Crashes PC, Black Screen.
While playing game keeps crushing PC! I’ve tried everything (DDU, clean install, HAGS off, DX11, reset configs, overlays off, Windows updated) and F1 24 still crashes my PC completely after launch. Please escalate this issue. It is on F1 24 but also F1 25. It’s unacceptable that the game is unplayable despite all troubleshooting steps.98Views0likes1CommentGlitch using pxn v10 wheel.
I recently bought pxn v10 wheel and when I tried to connect the wheel, it showed in the settings, I customised it but then suddenly it started glitching in every possible menu, it starts automatically scrolling through the menus when ever I enter the menu midgame, or when the game is launched, I have tried changing keybinds and everything but it did not work, if the wheel isn't supported it shouldn't work at all but in my case when I drive the wheel is working fine, but the issue is only with the menus it scrolls down automatically when I enter which messes up my settings, I tried different ways but finally stopped playing. So please look into this glitching as soon as possible, I bought the game as well recently but I have not satisfaction playing it with this glitch happening. I have attached the video of the glitch, please look into it and fix it as soon as possible. Reach out to me via my email address if you need any additional info. Thanks in advance.78Views0likes0CommentsWheel not able to access Session info
Bug Title: Time Trial Garage – Session Info Not Accessible via Wheel Input Platform: PC (Windows 11) Thrustmaster T300 F1 Advanced Wheel Game Version: [e.g. v1.8 / Season 2 Patch] Issue: In Time Trial mode, session info in the garage is only accessible using keyboard input. - Wheel input (Button 4 or others) does not trigger or retain session info. - Switching to keyboard allows session info to open (e.g. using F1), but it collapses when wheel input resumes. - Session info action is not remappable in control settings. - Editing actionmaps XML to assign a wheel button to session info has no effect. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Enter Time Trial and stay in the garage. 2. Try to open session info using wheel buttons — nothing happens. 3. Press F1 on keyboard — session info opens. 4. Touch wheel input — session info collapses. Workaround: AutoHotkey script to convert wheel button to F1 keystroke works — confirming the game only listens to keyboard events for this menu. Suggested Fix: - Add “Session Info” as a remappable control action. - Allow wheel input to retain garage menu context instead of locking it to drive-only mode.57Views0likes0CommentsWheel not working
I bought a Thrustmaster T128 recently and it seems to work in other games, but not in F1 24. When i log into the game, i can only navigate from the first menu option to the last. While in a race the wheel doesnt seem to work at all. I have the newest drivers, my pedals are connected to my wheel and i dont have any background applications that can impact the use of the wheel.71Views0likes0Comments
