Play Style Plus changed

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an unauthorized change made to my EA FC 26 EVO card.

I had a perfect Estevão card that I personally evolved using FC Points I paid for. This card was upgraded exactly to my preference, specifically with the Finesse Shot+ PlayStyle. Following a recent update by your company, this PlayStyle was changed to Quick Step+ without my consent or involvement.

This change directly impacts a card I invested both time and money into, and it is unacceptable that a paid evolution was altered after the fact. I did not authorize this modification, nor was I given any option to prevent it.

I see two reasonable and acceptable resolutions to this issue:

  1. Revert my Estevão card to its original state, restoring Finesse Shot+, or
  2. Grant the card both PlayStyles to compensate for the forced change.

I used hard-earned FC Points to achieve this evolution, and the product I paid for has now been altered against my wishes. I expect this matter to be reviewed promptly and resolved accordingly.

Please provide a clear response outlining how this issue will be corrected.

    So I have evo'd both the Xavi Simons and Estevao UCL Primetime cards, I made Xavi my CAM TOTY HM builder (giving him finesse+ and press proven+) and put Estevao into the Inside Edge evo (also giving him finesse+).

    The latest upgrades primetime upgrades have just released and their new PS+ (technical for Xavi - Quick Step for Estevao) have REPLACED my finesse+ on both of the aforementioned cards. Safe to say I would MUCH rather have finesse+ over those 2 new ones.

     I cannot find any literature anywhere stating that existing PS+ would be completely overwritten by their final upgrades should they earn them. This is absolutely ridiculous.

    I want Finesse+ back on both cards!

    Need official help for this one.

    Hy i evoed Xavi Simons UCL card as a toty honourable mentions cm it had tiki taka and press proven as a ps+ . Now tiki is gone and changed to tech+.

    When i started the Evo there was no warning that it will change if the card upgrades, especially its not even a UCL card now. So i want my tiki back or the Evo back so i can have the card i wanted.

    The Champions League Estevao card had been upgraded to golden plase playstyle. However, the golden playstyle changed when the Champions League cards were upgraded. I request that this be corrected.

    My Xavi Simons quickstep+ has been replaced with technical+ due to his UCL card being upgraded. Is there anyway this can be resolved as it was a paid evo?

    I had purchased champions league live estevao months ago and have been using him and absolutely loving him. I had put incisive pass base on him as well as tiki taka base. I then put finesse plus and technical plus on him. Then today when they release the final upgrade for him ea took my finesse plus off and put quick step plus on…. at least take the technical away. is this a bug or how did this happen?
