problema com a conexão do jogo
eu comprei o jogo há 2 dias e estou tentando entrar nele hoje e não consigo, diz que fui desconectado dos servidores EA e que não será possível fazer nada até eu me reconectar. já atualizei os drivers, executei por .exe, reinstalei, verifiquei integridade dos arquivos na steam, chequei se era ban e não era, verifiquei se era a internet e não era também por que minha internet está 420 MB/s. não sei mais o que fazer. Problem with game connection I bought the game 2 days ago and I'm trying to log in today and I can't. It says I was disconnected from the EA servers and that nothing can be done until I reconnect. I've already updated the drivers, run the .exe file, reinstalled, verified the integrity of the files on Steam, checked if it was a ban and it wasn't, checked if it was the internet and it wasn't either because my internet is 420 MB/s. I don't know what else to do. (Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2)
Server and lagging issues
I have been playing PvZ GW2 few times and every time I trying to play online multiplayer it keeps saying found the best match, but now it’s says failed to connect to the game session, please try again. This is so ridiculous and frustrating because I literally had to restart my Xbox and router and I even changed the region for the country I in which is North America. Earlier today I was playing multiplayer Turk Takeover and after a few matches I took a break and right now it happened again with same issue “ failed to connect game session”. Also another thing I have been lagging on this game for like a few times and I done the same thing restart my Xbox and router and wait for 30 seconds. I also check my network settings then I checked multiple connection and it says there’s no issue so I hop back on GW2 and I not lagging. Like I said I was lagging while I was playing online multiplayer, but it kept back and forth and I don’t know what’s the servers. I have a problem with my account, I already linked my EA account to my Xbox account, but when I tried playing a game (in this case PVZ GW2) where I already had progress, it did not load. I double-checked and indeed, I have my Xbox account and my EA account linked, with the same mail address and everything, but it is still not working, making me start from scratch, with absolutely nothing, where in my original account, I had pretty much everything unlocked. Furthermore, I already contacted EA Help, and the answer they were able to tell me was that, and I quote: "I can understand that it is really annoying when we can not play the game and you have already invested so much time to fix the issue but do not worry I have checked the account and found that there are no issue in the account and it seems the issue from the server and that is why I am going to report the issue to the game team so that they can check it from the backend and fix the same." In addition: "Seems like this is a bug issue. We appreciate you letting us know about it I am going to document this right away. Actually you’re the first one to alert us about this and for that we thank you. I have shared your feed back and reported the bug issue." Any type of help is appreciated, thanks. PD. Opa, gostaria de saber como está recuperando meus itens no PvZ GW2 pois já joguei esse jogo anos atrás no xbox, já tinha uma conta com várias coisas e hoje resolvir voltar a jogar, porém ao instalar o jogo pela steam, conectar minha conta da EA e vincular a do Xbox, minha conta está como de iniciante lvl 1, como se eu nunca tivesse jogado antes, gostaria de auxilio para resolver isso se possível e trazer meus itens do xbox para a steam.
