I’m stuck on the part where you have to show off your clean house to a guest. I’ve tried just inviting a sim over with the house being cleaned. I tried hosting a party to see if that would work and it didn’t. I tried putting my sim in the clean moodlet and that didn’t work as well. I’m stuck and I’m not sure what to do. If anyone got past this please let me know what you did.
iitzbrii That milestone can be hard to get sometimes. All it takes is one little thing and you won't get credit. You have to make sure everything is clean. All floors have to be pristine. One thing I do is to put a C&D robovac on all floors including floors that are inaccessible so those stay pristine. There can be no dirty appliances or counters. No spoiled food in the fridge or out on a counter. Put the crockpot in the household inventory or sell it since the bug with those hasn't been fixed. Do the laundry so the hampers are empty. Make sure the hamster cage is clean. Empty the trash.
There's a lot that goes into it if you have a big house and it can be trying at times. You should get the milestone to complete when you make the call, or you can travel with a visitor to your house from somewhere else. Make sure your sim is on the aspiration before you do either. If you change to it after the sim makes the call or you and the guest sim arrive if traveling there, the milestone will not give credit.
