Cats and Dogs CD not downloading.

Hi,

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I have also tried a hard reset and my DLC will not download. I have the Cats and Dogs disk inserted into my Xbox and it does not seem to be working. I am not sure what else I can do to fix it.
