So while doing the quest to find the missing wardens who left notes around the wetlands, I noticed this random white floating structural line things that definitely looked like they weren’t supposed to be there, and I can only see it from certain angles. Not sure how to describe the location very well, but it’s by a few people at a campfire, and by the note that reads “We failed at Weisshaupt. We can wait for a chance to make that up or we can take it. Just us.”No Companion Dialogue During Enemy Battles
I’m currently having an issue where companion dialogue during fights seems to be bugged. I haven’t had any at all for a solid 10+ hours of gameplay now and nothing I’ve tried, like rebooting the game and console, has brought it back. It seemed to start around the time I locked in Emmrich’s romance, as I heard his romance specific fight dialogue once and then I’ve had nothing from any of the companions since then.Xbox Cosmetic Items Not Unlocking
For reference I have Dragon Age Veilguard Deluxe on Xbox Series X I'm on my second play through and keep having the same issue of certain cosmetic items not unlocking even after I have bought them from vendors or looted them from chests. They show on the screen with the star meeting it's a new item but they stay locked and I can't not wear them. Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix this? Please see attached photo, thanks.Xbox Can't progress - ground missing, excessive loading
Played through once with no issues. Started a new playthrough, and the game is now unplayable. I noticed someone else posted about this, but the post seemed to have been ignored, so I'm posting again. Loading times in and out of cutscenes has become excessively long. The screen goes blank, and it seems as though the game has frozen or crashed, but then after 30-45+ seconds, it will eventually load. This is frustrating but not game-breaking. The most serious and game-breaking new issue arose when starting The Smuggled Relic Case quest. Upon travelling to Dock Town, in the opening cutscene and convo, the cobblestone streets of Minrathous have vanished, and Neve and Rook are walking on nothing. As soon as the quest loads to following Neve, Rook immediately starts falling until they hit an open body of water and die. Attempting to load the most recent save immediately opens with Rook falling again. It's an endless loop. I can go back to the save right before attempting to start the quest, but as soon as I travel to Dock Town it automatically starts the quest, and the same issue returns. It is now impossible to progress the main story. I have tried restarting the game, restarting the console, reinstalling the game.(Xbox) Pre-order Blood dragon Armor Missing
My fiance and I are on XBOX - he purchased the deluxe preorder that had the dragon blood armour. He's the primary accountnon our console, he bought the game for me as a gift. Normally in these situations, both users can access all the extras the other purchases (i.e., he can play games I purchased and vice versa - dlc and preorder freebies are accessible by both, regardless of who purchases it). However, with Vielguard, only he has access to the chest in Varric's room. I just passed 'A Cage For Gods', so I'm well into into the story line. In fact, I had nothing from the preorder or deluxe package. He contacted XBOX, who referred me to EA. Anyone else have this problem? More importantly - how do I even contact customer service, lol. I can't find a way to start a case, the chat it doesn't appear to be able to connect me with agents, there's no chat or phone number I can find. It's... confusing.. Tysm 😀Game Breaking Bug - Ignored since launch.
Hey, can you ignore the little pidly crap that doesn't stop game progression and fix the Dragon fights. This has been an issue since the game launched and is still present 2 months later. It is unacceptable for a bug that can flat stop progression to still be present. The Formless and Fangscorcher cannot be defeated if you have an NPC with ranged attacks, so long as the Dragon is being attacked it won't come off the wall. This is an avoidable issue with The Formless as you simply take melee only NPCs. However, Fangscorcher requires you take Taash and that big pile of stupid won't stop attacking the Dragon on the wall making the only way out to reload to a save before you started the quest.Riverside Ruins Crystal Bug
I'm having issues at the Riverside Ruins area of Arlathan Forest. The power crystal is not able to be picked up and moved. I broke the boxes but it is just not giving me the option to pick it up. I had the same issue last time I played and I did quit the game completely and reloaded but it's still the same issue.Sound Lagging After Every Fight
After I complete a fight, the sound starts to lag behind visuals (captions, drawing my bow, etc). Restarting the game and my Xbox fixes it, but only temporarily. I tried switching to performance graphics mode in my settings and turning off all extra visual effects, it still keeps happening.
