[INFO] How to find your 5.11 Tactical Items after code redemption.

Yeah, that didn’t work. How about you? Give me something for free since I spent way too much on this piece of trash, and all the NFT‘s that you sell throughout it, not including the memberships to PlayStation plus EA. And the console headset and controller I bought just to play this game.. 

It looks like it was a system glitch, or these tasks will be added later. I bought the 5.11 event pack except for the engineer. During this bug, I completed 300 checkpoints to get the engineer, but in the end, nothing unlocked.

According to several Battlefield groups, new tasks were added today that allowed players to unlock the latest 5.11 skins for free. Neither I nor several friends received this task.

I would like to see the LMG’s get a buff people are using LMG’s as sniper rifle the gun in the game is way too strong. If you get shot by. By one bullet you’re dead. And I would like to see that the bot’s help with more revives actual players are stopping the revive and bots. I’ve noticed that are kind of doing better with the revive, but they run the other direction sometimes when you’re calling for a revive.

Quick update: I just logged in and the Be-Ready Player Card is now in my account. I also received an in-game mail confirming the reward was granted.

For reference, I originally redeemed the SMS promo on January 24, so there was a significant delay before it appeared. Posting this in case others are waiting on the same item.

Same exact thing happened to me. Just got done talking to EA support where they said "It was successfully delivered to your account already. If you cannot find it go to the forums for help."

So messed up dude, we spent a lot of money on this. Completely unacceptable. 

Adding my experience for visibility: I redeemed the SMS promo on January 24 (text BATTLEFIELD6 to 29683) which was supposed to unlock the Be-Ready Player Card. The code redeemed successfully, but the player card never appeared in-game. I waited well beyond the 2-hour window, restarted multiple times, checked all Player Card/Customization sections, and never received an in-game inbox message.

The "Devil Dog" title, Anchor and ship's wheel icon, and Marine corps charm have been deleted from the game. The charm only exists on weapons I put them on before the launch of the season. The Duty Bound skin is still here, but everything else seems to be gone." Reposting from Bugs since no reply and this seems related. 

I also redeemed the code in January but never received an in-game mail to claim it. I've contacted EA support about this and they confirmed that the code was successfully redeemed and is active on my account. The skin still remains locked. 

I've already tried multiple different steps (provided by EA advisors) to solve this but none had worked so far. Some of the steps include:

• Restarting my system, both Steam and my PC itself
• Verifying my game files
• Re-linking my EA and Steam account
• Re-installing BF6
• Waiting several days after the launch of season 2
  
  

I hope this gets solved ASAP!

Neither the player card nor the engineer skin code are unlocked for me and I redeemed the codes, they show redeemed. The next 511 collab content drops on 2/24. I want the collab content but not purchasing and advising anyone to not purchase it till these issues are fixed. I'd recommend contacting 511 as well letting them know the extent of issues their collab is facing and how it disparages their company image as well.
