The promotional art has never been in question. Ya'll do great at that, and many of the DS portraits post-update are pretty great too. 

Recent kit design (like novel-length uniques and strict team requirements), weird leader choices, non-loreful squads (Reva-lead Inquisitors being the defacto squad, for instance), non-loreful toons, etc., has been more the concern. Not to mention the decision to update from old 'looks', like the facelift Thrawn and the Phoenix toons recently got. 

Seconded on wanting the imperial trooper version at least, but otherwise stop whining. The only thing to come out of letting the players direct development would be driving the game straight into the dirt.

Cool, I guess, but still waiting for DS Imp Trooper Crosshair and OG Crosshair cause this current squad and the current version of Jocasta aren't doing anything for me. 

You definitely oughta involve the community more in upcoming squads and kits and 'next steps' for the game, because this feels like a huge miss (ironically).
