I find it both unbelievable and yet entirely expected that the folks at Capital Games would allow a post on this subject to remain neglected for greater than 24 hours. The work around in the initial post is incomplete with a more complete response from the SWGOH Events discord being:
if you use iOS:
reinstall again. make sure to:
let the audio enabled in settings of swgoh
do NOT play music while the game is active. close the game fully before playing any music
It doesn’t seem unreasonable to ask that the maintainers of this game provide regular updates to their customers at a minimum, even a simple “still working on it, we have been able to replicate the bug and continue to debug the issue” would be nice.
I don’t think anyone is blaming the developers, and I hope they are being supported by the company in their efforts to resolve the issue, just do better with communication and transparency.

I've gone through the uninstall/reinstall process countless times. Still crashes no matter what I do. This is getting ridiculous!
