(10PM UPDATED) [Urgent] Apple Issue: 10/1/ 2024

Hello Apple Users, 

If you are getting this or a similar message: 

There is a current issue between Apple's iOS and our new Update and will not allow you to get into the game. 

We will be contacting Apple to figure out a resolution. 

In the meantime, the workaround we have found is uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. 

 

6pm Update: The team is still working with Apple to figure out a resolution 

8PM Update: No new information to provide, teams are still working on it. 

10PM Update: Both teams will pick this back up in the morning, this will be the last update until then.

    I have removed and reinstalled the game app 3 times already, kept sound on, still crashing.

    Absolutely appalling, game is unplayable at the moment, it can crash anytime anywhere and then won’t let you get back in unless remove/reinstall, there is no way this is an Apple issue, this is CG’s own doing.

    Thanks a bunch CG, another faultless update deployed 👏

    I uninstalled and reinstalled, but 30 minutes after that the game crashed again, in the middle of ROTE…

    The silence is deafening. There went our guild's Phase 2 in RotE.

    Still not fixed. It crashes everytime I turn the sound off and then exit the game. This is a joke.
