To keep things simple:
Both Era Materials and Era Leveling Currency will be converted into Era Currency.

I recall seeing that it is being done so that people don't have a head start in the next era but that logic doesn't really work if you then sell people a head start
You're probably confused about what era currency is. Era currency is the currency you spend in the store. None of it is used in the era itself.
Not a fan of any of this new release style. Going to have a new journey guide charecter each era too? Awesome, more unworthy charecters. At least we are being spared anything else from Acolyte.
Can't even get to keep era currency such a bump for how much we need to get at start fools us aye we know the conversation rate wont be good like crons but worse
People don’t have a FREE head start. More profits for CG this way, if people choose to spend. Some will.
