I really appreciate your efforts of a make-right in this situation. Although it still does not seem fair to those who heavily invested monetarily in the attacker datacrons.
The datacrons were released without any warning that the attacker cron was under review to be nerfed. People spent hundreds of dollars and thousands of crystals off the known fact that the datacrons would perform as the text was initially revealed/performed in the game. They invested in the datacrons to achieve those texts and now they are being nerfed to be brought in line with other crons. Many people would have refrained from such investments if they had known the OP cron they were hunting was to be tampered with.
The materials, extra datacrons, along with currency changes are great, but it doesn't protect the consumers who have spent money and time-consuming crystals on this content. If anything, it levels the playing field for people who invested nothing and will receive the benefits of your screw up. This completely disincentives spending money.
At the end of the day the people who spend money on your game should be protected and thought of first and foremost.
I have two accounts one I spend good amount of money on the other is F2P. My free account is loving this giveaway that was not deserved whatsoever, while my main account I am contemplating why I spend any money at all with the company. This make-right does not protect the consumer, I recommend reimbursing all crystal/bundle purchases made on the store related to the Pillars of War Datacrons for each user. If not, I fear this is another major event that will push invested players farther from the game
