This is the timeline of events:
- You've knee-**bleep** reacted and reset everyones crons to level 5, regardless of whether they actually had any offending DC's or not.
- You've offered sub-par refunds not representative of the resources used to get those crons, including not resetting the re-roll cost or counter.
- You've then actioned a "rollback" to the crons, however you have somehow managed to screw that up as people who had/ didn't have those original problem crons have been left out of that rollback. What's been actioned here is not a "rollback". Choose your wording carefully.
- You've offerred some players an astronomical apology in the form of ten's of thousands of resources, allowing them to re-roll and upgrade endlessly.
There are a myriad of issues being reported, but this is my personal situation:
- I did not have any broken DC's owing to poor RNG with rerolling the crons to begin with.
- I had all of my crons reset to level 5 with sub-par refunds.
- I have not had my crons restored to their original state.
- Since I had no broken DC's to begin with, I am not eligable for any additional compensation (at least this is... somewhat fair?).
What you have done to me and many others has completely crippled us.
We have lost our crons, we don't have tens of thousands of resources to endlessly upgrade new DC's. In GAC, we are going to be facing the **bleep** of relic delta (a whole other issue), now multiplied tenfold by the fact that we will be facing opponents that have been able to roll 400% AP Attacker crons and slap them on their defense line.
You were somehow able to alter the GAC snapshot for DC's to change the values of the offending DC's to be fixed. If you can do that, you should have rolled the DC's back to match the updated GAC snapshot, given everyone the same ridiculous compensation package and called it a day.
You have completely **bleep** people like myself over because of your poor decision making and lack of foresight.
