can get into game, bu now the store item when I load the game in Windows gives a similar error to yesterday when couldn't log in :(

I haven't been able to play since August 30th. EA support sends me to EA mobile, which sends me to EA support. When I have a physical person on EA support, they tell me there's nothing they can do. I've been playing for 7 years and I've never seen anything like this. A waste of money in a game that isn't able to update a game without so many bugs. Instead of fixing problems, updates produce more serious ones. Seriously!!! And nothing to refund.
