While I personally doubt the Scythe is finally and actually fixed, I'm happy to see you've tried a couple of times to fix it. It seems you're a little more aware of this issue finally.
Still disappointed with the lack of communication around the issue, though, and the lack of care that broke it for so long in the first place - these are both long term trends that CG hasn't been working to mitigate, which is frustrating to the player.
Additionally, it's becoming clearer and clearer that you guys need to do a better job testing things, especially modes that have a precarious balance like fleets - and while I personally don't think fleets are in a good state at least fixing Scythe does a *bit* to combat how absurd fleets are right now.
You should take away from this, as from prior issues, that you need to be more proactive in your community communication, and engage the better parts of the community (power players, streamers, expert theory crafters, and the people playing around and doing things with your API that we wish you'd do, like HotUtils and others) before these changes get made. Be better at your job.
