Where are my Datacrons?

I am extremely disappointed with this situation. It seems that basic issues are no longer being handled properly.

I am requesting the immediate return of the re-roll materials as well as the money I invested in Datacrons. This is unacceptable.

Please get this issue under control. This is not the way paying players should be treated in your game. I expect this matter to be resolved as soon as possible.
