regarding about my problem, a 29.99USD pack, CG/EA didn t send the content, they sent crystals ... and ... after 2 months of discussions, they send me the pack content. so, for the future, if you have a problem, try to not give up (it is not an easy task) and give them the order number. I mean ask them about the order, it seems in this way they understand that you claim something more "official", not just items from a game. it was very very very hard to make them to check the order (if was executed by them as they should : buy an apple, receive an apple - not a peach !), all the time they avoid this with same bull**bleep** words and "the information is lost". just when I started to change direction, to bank, to money, to order number, they said : we need to transffer your case ... in the next hours I received the pack content (and I still have their 4K-ish crystals and coaxium). I hope this could be a feed back regarding "HELP" section of SWGOH. bleah ! I hope to not repeat this bad experience ! they could solve this in 5 minutes, somehow I'm still in a angry mood, I bought a lot for SWGOH but this bad experience marked me, I think I will reduce my spendings. or ... maybe they just are tired of my everyday pushing regarding my problem. could be also true ! :( good luck ! and keep protect yours Real Life Money ! if we pay for something, we must received what we have paid for !
