This is beyond unacceptable. Its been over a month and all support tells me is because I bought it on the first release date, I only get crystals when it was released again. NO WHERE in the offer does it say this so this is textbook fraud/false advertisement which is illegal. After a month of dealing with support going no where, im on the cusp of just issuing full refund for purchases under the pretense of blatant fraud unless this is resolved ASAP because this is beyond illegal/unacceptable

Couldn’t agree more! That’s what they told me! Ultimate BS! Dishonest! How hard is it to just give use what we paid for? They can even have the crystals back I haven’t spent them.

Here is the latest message to me from them.
“I would like to inform you that you already purchased the Signal Data Mastery II on 12/17/2024. There is a limit to this pack. If you purchase this pack for the first time, you will receive the content provided as mentioned in the pack description. With the second purchase, you will receive the crystal.”What he is saying, there is supposedly a “lifetime limit” for this pack. (Which is a lie). Every time they sell a pack the limit is for that sale cycle. So next time it’s being sold again I can buy it again. This is how all the resource packs sold work. I bought one Dec 17 and the second time in Jan 29th. I proved it to him by showing I also bought the $4.99 signal data packs both times too and got the signal data both times. The limit is stated identical on both $4.99 and $9.99 packs. The chat was dropped and a new person stated talking to me. Back to square one every time.

same problem here ! purchased in 1st february, after 30 sec (when I saw 4K - ish cristals) asked to give back my money, 29.99USD ; from there till now only weird asking, to show POP, many many times, I gave them even a screen capture movie to see pages of my EA account (with many other purchased) ; and today "they" said it is a GIFTABLE ! and can t be refunded ! how ?! what ?! I paid 29.99USD and is NOT a gift ! I paid with my real money. in my country this a fraud ! to be fully honest, I like/liked this game, in 2 years I've spent more than 3000 USD, they can see this, what are thinking of ? I want to steal "their" money ?! I will stop put my money in this SW game. I still like it but I feel very bad about their actions.

Hello,
I have a question CG, are you completely kidding me?I bought the Signal Data Mastery II package twice on 30.01.25 and both times I only received crystals. After contacting the ingame support 5(!) times, I finally got an answer. Namely that I had already bought the package once on 17.12.24 and am therefore not entitled to receive the signal data again.
In principle, the statement would be logical if,
1. there are not a lot of repeating packs that you feel you can buy every 2 weeks
2. you would not have offered me the pack to buy againThe principle is very simple, you offer players additional stuff in the store and they can decide whether they want to buy it. Offering players something and then saying afterwards (after 4 weeks and countless attempts to contact support and the forum) that you won't get what you paid for because I bought it 1.5 months earlier is just ridiculous. Do you think that the supermarket only sells me eggs once and then I get flour instead if I want eggs again 1.5 months later?
For me, it simply means that I can't buy anything in the store anymore. It could be that I bought the same package 3 years ago and therefore no longer get what I paid for. If that was your plan, then it was successful. It also makes me wonder if I shouldn't just stop playing this game after 4 years. The basis of trust between developer and player has now been destroyed for good.
All of this constitutes fraud because you are not giving me the goods I was offered and paid for.
The next point is your behavior in in-game support. Immediately after an answer, no matter how useful or helpful it is, the ticket is simply closed without giving the player a chance to respond. Is this really the way you want to treat your players? I mean, we are only the ones who finance your **bleep**ing jobs.
By the way, I will post this message not only in the support but also in the forums, so that other players know how we are treated here! - BopSpuz6 months agoSeasoned Rookie

Same exact thing happened to me and I got the same exact answer! It’s completely ridiculous!! Just give us the items we purchased and we will all move on! How hard can it be?
