Known Issue 6-1-26 - Shattered Empire

You still haven't figured anything out? No solution or at least information about what happened? This silence is quite insulting to me.

It was locked for everyone.  NO ONE has the requirements except the devs.

Thanks for… well, nothing.  Just amazed how the event was operational for some, locked for many… and zero updates. 

Hooray, the event is gone and nothing happened. 

Honestly what's the point of doing an investigation instead of simply saying "hey we accidentally ran this event, sorry."

Or if you did mean to run something else, then say so as well. 

At this point if CG even has a QA team, every last one of them needs to be reassigned or straight up fired. The frequency they push out mistakes to the general public that should have been IMMEDIATELY caught in development is absolutely tragic.

So the solution is to simply pretend nothing is happening? I'm asking for a friend.

The amount of escaped MAJOR defects for this game is just astounding.  I'm not sure what the QA structure and processes are at CG, but something needs a drastic change.  Live service games will have bugs for sure.  But EVERYTHING that gets released seems to be bugged.  It should be an abberation when it happens, not the norm.

And the lack of communication is just purely unprofessional.  Your users are spending real world money on a product that's routinely broken, and intentionally not communicating to convince people into spending money they don't need to.

Not having Shattered Empire available potentially cost me DVDE shards which I needed to get him to 7* to unlock the maul event. You should extend the maul event until you can rerun Shattered Empire for people who missed out. Thanks!

Besides the whole PKHO thing that's been covered, have you never heard the phrase "more is better"?

Also, they told us the schedule of when to expect it... We expected, and we didn't get. Plus CG has been completely silent on it.
