I have received absolutely nothing since the hotfix rollout. I’m a TW officer but have no DCs to join TW with. All but a few in my guild received it, so I’m not sure what the reason is that some people didn’t get it. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, restarting multiple times, logging into the webstore, the “restoring purchases” button, etc. Nothing. Feels really terrible.

Please help.
