Adding on because engagement metrics matter. And frankly, engaging because I care about the game
My Tank, Healer, and Support Level 9s are gone. While I appreciate the amount of work of the devs and how much effort must go into addressing the instigating issue (ie having to parse through an eye watering amount of code), the sheer negligence of this all and the lack of diligence is kind of stunning. Taking a sledgehammer to an issue that required a scalpel and NOT testing its impacts before hastily releasing the patch borders on unprofessional conduct. And the attempt at “compensation” / refunding is equally unprofessional.
I love this game. I started playing this game a year ago and have “invested” (your favorite euphemism from the Tenth Anniversary post) a great deal into it. It’s unforced errors like this that will turn off the taps and make your division’s P&L statement look worse, which I’m sure is great for internal post-private acquisition optics.
Way to make worse your “make good.” Please get your shop in order. Thank you.
