Going 2 days now - Cannot process your request
So I have been trying to update my lineup in ultimate team but everytime I try to goto my lineup the game goes and gives the servers cant process your request at this time message and then puts me back to the main screen. I dunno why they resorted to using this forums site but this has never worked or helped me solve the problem. Ea taking the cheap way making us gamers try to help solve problems for each other while ea sits back and collects money and actually not fix there broken games. This company has no competion for football so they can make a half **bleep** game and focus on how they can make more money instead of actually making a good overall game. Hi, I messaged on here quite a while ago as I had received an Auction House ban on 19th March 2025 simply for purchasing points and buying packs. I wanted to try and sell the cards I bought to raise coins to buy the cards, mostly 49ers cards, that I wanted. This was the sole purpose of buying the points. I have asked on here before and been advised to talk to an EA Advisor or submit further disputes. The EA Advisor told me that they couldn't do anything and I should submit a dispute. I have submitted several, increasingly annoyingly worded disputes and received nothing back other than the initial 'thanks, we'll be in touch' emails. The ban is still in place and I lost interest in the game weeks ago due to just repeating the same old daily challenges and not being able to buy or sell any cards for almost 17 weeks, which is the only reason I paid the money. I am now beyond wanting access to the Auction House, as the game is now dead and gone. I am wanting a refund as the very thing I wanted to spend the money for was taken away from me and not returned. I find the level of customer service and lack of response I have had to my numerous disputes, for the exact same reason, extremely disappointing and frustrating. Can anyone please tell me what I have to do to talk to someone who can actually do something to help me out? Preferably with a refund. Not an EA Advisor who will likely just say they can't help. [REMOVED], currently the “#1 ranked player” on madden 25 online H2H is a cheater who crashes the game once he starts losing. He does Singleback Ace Overload LT Sneak which crashes and boots both players from the game resulting in no win or loss. I logged off Sunday night June 15th with somewhere between 1.1-1.2 million coins on my account. Monday, I logged in to only have 32k on my account. No one hacked. No transactions in the auction house (besides an auction that SOLD for 36k! So how the heck do I have 32k coins on my account. I can do everything right but whenever I try to play head 2 head or even challenges it say “sorry our servers cannot process your request at this time” and it’s been like this for three days now. I tried to see if it was just my account so I made two more accounts and it’s letting me play. So it’s just my main account that I’ve worked so hard for. The other day I was on the companion app while I couldn’t get on madden and I got banned later that night for trying to buy cards. But instead of me being banned where I can dispute it, my account is sanctioned with no dispute option. I play the game competitively and the fact that I’m being banned for using the app licensed by the people who make the game is absurd. I had to downgrade every single player, took every single X factor, ability, chemistry, and position off of every single player in my binder not just my lineup. Closed the game, cleared the cache, came back and opened lineup and got in. I hope this helps some of yall that have been dealing with this issue for weeks. I know everyone says "they didn't do nuffin." The only think I can think of that I did , was post 20 players on the auction house at the same time (for the going rate). I was in the Champion H2H division, not using the Meta. I've opened several support tickets, they say they can't tell me why, after 20 years and thousands of dollar's spent. I will never touch another EA product , I feel I deserve an answer. Is there anyway to get an answer other than this: After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we again found that we actioned your account correctly after it was found to have violated our User Agreement.
