Lost Starter Packs
So I created a HUT team, then realized I did a typo and deleted the team and created a new one only discover that all of the starter packs I had are now gone... I know, I shouldn't have deleted my team but I didn't want to play a whole year with a typo! Is there any way to get those starter packs back? More specifically, I can't do the 'Hockey is Family' objective path now. I even tried to buy some of the players from the auction house that were in the Hockey is Family pack, but it doesn't recognize any tasks I complete. I know it was my mistake, but it seems a bit harsh to lose all of the starter packs for an honest mistake.
NHL25 HUT Auction Issue - Items not received, coins gone!
NHL25 HUT auction house transactions have a bug where coins are being deducted but the player card item disappears. Steps experienced explained below 1 Auction won, coins deducted 2 Player card appears and a prompt to add to collection proceeds and is completed successfully 3 Card is not found in collection and cannot be added to active roster as a result 4 Upon returning to the auction house the paid for card is now listed under the lost bids section - spent coins still missing! I have now had this happen 2x - 3x on day one of the early access period and have lost somewhere between 15,000 - 25,000 coins so far. Please restore my lost coins ASAP and address this bug to make this mode playable again. This is very frustrating considering the hours it takes for the casual player to acquire that many coins and the progress I’m loosing in the early access period as a result. Thank you.

Dear, as a matter of fact, it really annoys me that you have a packet status for nhl 24,25 and it doesn't matter what time it is, only for this game. That's why I want a correction from the technician from my company that provides the internet, he measured everything and on my side everything is completely fine and that you should pay attention to it, it's not normal to pay 100 euros for a game and the game is going so incredibly badly. It's funny that other games have no problem, but with nhl it's unreal, I'm not the only one who has these problems and they don't write it here because they know it will be ignored. Next to the nhl25 game, you must be kidding, half of the things don't work :D
WildCard Rewards - Dissapeared
So I finished up the WC event points and Shifted Durzi & Lundell to my collection then headed on over to the exchange to put it all in my pack and my cards didn't go in. I figured oh, I must have forgot to move them. They are not in my mailbox, Not in my trade pile, I still have my 84 WC Player, but my two 80's I worked on getting are Gonzo. Anyone have any idea why this occured? I did read a blurb where if you didn't complete a set, and tried to add everything (and came up short). The players would come out of your collection and dissapear? That might have happened since my 84 Was in my active lineup and wouldn't be available to be pulled out. Any thoughts?
HUT crashes right when i open it
On ps5, I opened my starter pack and got a player with no overall rating or name. The automatically created lineup that should pop up didn't and i couldn't do anything. It showed the continue button and everything except the players in the lineup. I closed the game and now when i try to go into hut, the menu flashes and it crashes right away. I have closed my ps5, deleted the game and all data and redownloaded it but the same problem still occurs. Every year a different problem on launch, come on ea...
Joke of a game and community response team
My hut has been broken all day. The only two answers I get is it will be fixed as soon as possible or it’s your fault. Odds are won’t be compensated at all for buying a game for early access and missing out on possibly the whole weekend. Wouldn’t even give me the time they leave so I would know to stop trying. Freaking Joke
NHL25 Hut Problems
When I try to edit my lineup it goes to the loading screen and just says cleaning the ice and doesn’t load, same when trying to play squad battles or rivals when I try to play moments it gives and error code and exits hut. only thing I can play in HUT is wildcard anyone else having this issue or know a fix?
Cant play any online modes??
Every time I load into an online mode, I get an error code. For example, when I try to get into the dressing room in World of Chel, or when I'm about to search for a game in HUT, it throws up error code 74A7FC65FB403505-0000000000009999-8303560777938C5B. Would be ecstatic if I could play the game I spent 130 bucks on
Crash
Since launch of early access today my hut keeps crashing. I've done everything from clearing cache to resetting entire playstation 5 and nothing. I can get to the early access screen and hit the dismiss button and it crashes going into the hut menu. So mad right now. When have the people out there are getting the rewards and games in on early acess and half of us have to wait for ea to address issue and fall behind other competitors. This is horrible.
NHL/AHL color swatches missing from club customization
I put this post in general discussion earlier, perhaps it belongs here. It appears we lost the ability to pick colors from NHL/AHL teams when customizing our EASHL clubs, or is this a bug? Attached are screenshots of NHL 24 vs 25’s club identity customizationhut not loading update?
hey aljo was wondering if there has been a fix on game crashes from loading up hut? & also is there any way my 10 hour timer can be reset back to 10 hours for the trial? ive pre ordered the game but i wasted more than an hour trying to get into hut which is the only game mode i play really,
