Have same problem here. I call Microsoft we try to fixed everything thing in my end to there end. No luck. They told me to call EA games like this is there game. We did some changes no luck, then got an email from them to call Microsoft now im getting the run around.

That's to disable it. To enable it, makes sure it's using the Default Communications Device on the one you hear out of.
