PvZ Heroes Crashes

Every time I use the trick Nibble and it destroys the plant, I conjure a gourmet card. But there’s this problem that happens whenever the plant that is destroyed has an action when destroyed. Every time a plant that’s destroyed does an action after, my game freezes and I can’t make another move so I have to restart the whole game and lose the match.
For example, if I use Nibble on Galacta-Cactus, it does 1 damage to everything when destroyed. As soon as it does that, my entire game freezes and I can’t do any more moves. I don’t even conjure a gourmet card. It just stays there frozen. 
This happens every time I use Nibble on a plant that has an action when destroyed. Does anyone know what’s wrong? Thank you for your help!
