i think something changed with the drone lifts the past few days.
they were bad to begin with in GW2 but now as soon as you stand on one you are pushed 10 miles away in the speed of light.
inspect the video at 1:30 mark
and play it at x0.25 rate

It goes well with all the other physics issues. At least you can avoid that one, while your dead body may fly at the far end of the map without your doing.
Finally someone else is talking about this. They need to fix this. Every single cactus sucks without this ability.
P.s the same problem is also with the tallnuts.

Intended mechanic or not, they had plenty of time to fix it but didn't. It definitely shouldn't be doing what it is now ;P

You miss the point. Would you really rather they devote their time to "fixing" something wonky happening when a player does something which was never intended to be done in the first place (not to mention that it's entirely possible they may have purposely made it that way to prevent players from riding their drones) or would you rather they focus on the myriad actual gameplay issues, balance problems, crashes, bugs, etc.? I'd say if that was in fact an unintended bug, that "fixing" it to allow players to play in a way other than what was intended should be the lowest priority.
