You're showing the exact same screen shot over and over. All three pics are the same screen shot.
Also, IMO, EA doesn't have bots. I don't think anyone ever plays against a computer. IMO, EA creates a player name, some sort of semi-random selection of plants, and then they assign a score which 9 times out of 10 is higher than whatever score you achieved. The distinction may be lost on some people, so whatever...
How go you know this is not a cheating human ?
Apologies and thanks for pointing out the image thing, the archaic way of uploading images to this site these days doesn’t allow for preview as it used to. Have sorted
i use the word ‘bot’ to mean an EA manufactured account. We all know this happens and it is designed to require us to pay gems to extend a streak. Has been happening since Battlez was launched. In general EA has improved their masking of this manipulation by manufacturing accounts with maxed out plants and associated scores that can’t be beaten.
my point is that loading up manipulated accounts with unrealistically maxed out Mastery levels like these, they are demonstrating a level of arrogance and stupidity that goes beyond that of the past.
and if they aren’t EA manipulated accounts, they should be doing something about eradicating them from the game as email addresses are now linked, very easy to clean out manipulated accounts
5 plants at 200...
that is a lot of button-pushing 😮
Or a lot of MIPS 🤔

I was thinking that too: That I'm being pitted against super profiles every 4-5 games. That was what I felt when I was climbing up the league. But after experiencing a glitch after installing the update (see my post here), I am back to the soil league.
My current streak is around 60 (with zero loss) and I have not encountered a "mega bot" so far. I have faced jade-league-level profiles but I beat them easily (my max is 3.5M in week 35 battlez but I average at around 2.8M). Maybe because I'm in soil league (???)... I don't know. But I am still waiting for a "mega bot" to give my first loss in soil league.
With regards to those M200 class plants, I have a M145 shadow peashooter. And because of the tons of money I got from the glitch I encountered, I was easily able to do that upgrade within 24 hours of updating PVZ 2. I could have easily gotten the M200 if I wasn't busy during the shadow peashooter tourney. What I am saying is that the seed packets would have been accumulating and stored within our profiles and hidden from our view way before the updated was live.
This is just my point of view but I do agree with you at some point. Please don't get mad at me... I am not defending EA or anything... Just saying...
- Anonymous7 years agoWhat are MIPS? Sorry, I'm a noob...
How long have you been in soil league? I would think a player with M100+ plants would be out of the soil league in 1 week right?
"Million Instructions per Second"
Actually it takes almost no computing power to flip an attribute from x to Mxxx, I was just saying that it didn't need to be done by an actual person pushing a button. In the case of the manufactured accounts, I don't think the accounts get manipulated, I think that when they're generated now, some of the EA accounts now have M200 plants.

I think I've been in the soil league for two days already... My profile is only around 8 weeks old. I had a 7 year old profile that I lost due to a buggy phone. I was not using cloud sync before since I haven't played for years and I had no idea they could be sync'ed. So, in short, I'm fairly new to all of this.
With the coming sling peashooter event, I don't mind just staying in the lower league again. Hahaha! Easy-peasy opponents! The evil in me...
I doubt if EA would bump me back to Jade league. And besides, the monster profiles I encounter there are just soul-crushing at times.

WRONG!
Haemophilus_EA, the EA representative on Reddit, has said that Bots are used during the first few hours of any tournament to assist with getting recordings for use later on.
She has also said that Bots will also be used in the event of any player having a particularly slow internet connection that makes syncing with a real player, or one of their recordings, impossible.
As for the level 200 Mastery after such a short time - that has to be down to dumb hackers who think everyone else is as dumb as them and won't notice.

Probably means computers are faster than people.
(Obviously never seen me go for the last biscuit).

I actually now what MIPS is. I thought it was a sort of a lingo here in the forum. Like I said, I am new here. Anyway, thanks 🙂
Have a biscuit 🙂
So you actually agree with me
given that any real player couldn’t achieve that, it is appalling on the part of EA to set that stuff up. It is only to stack their coffers
Unreal. Yes indeed, not a highly intelligent move on the part of EA to be so blatant.
Must be taking lessons from the current US President ! :-)

There are 'real' people who have already gained access to future plants, including all the planned mints and the new breed of peashooters. They do so by downloading hacked data files.
I have seen videos on YouTube where the uploader scrolls through their plants grid while selecting plants and this sometimes reveals all 14 of the mints and the new peashooters are lined up at the bottom of the table.
While many of us suspect that EA/Popcap are not above utilizing 'questionable' tactics, I don't believe even they would resort to something that's so obvious.
I believe it's down to hackers whose skills are so inadequate that they can't win without cheating, and they also don't have the sense they were born with so they upgrade everything without thinking how stupid they're being.
I've seen some of those videos and noticed the full set of powermints, most haven't been released yet.
I've reached the stage where I'm starting to max out a few plants (or so i thought) or taken certain plants as far as i want to go because the negligible gains in things like recharge times or a minor toughness boost aren't worth the extra 175,000 coins or so to max it out, even though i have the seeds to do so.
Now this mastery b*ll*cks has come out and imho it's just another way to generate revenue.
When players start maxing out their supposedly already maxed out plants will yet more plant boosting schemes start popping up?
I don't think I'll bother with it.
Remember how easy and cheap it was to ugrade your first plant?
Sunflower L1-L2 was 10 seed packets and 1,000 coins.
I shall try to resist the lure of mastery and stop at level 10.
I'm still working on the HUMPLEMINT, if anyone has any leftover weapons grade plutonium please let me know.

In which case, EA should be busting their ar*es and cleaning them from the game, either way, EA is complicit

I have encountered a great number of these “opponents” with M200 level plants, and lost of course. Typically I encounter them when I hit level 9 or 10 in Jade league. I have learned to NEVER pay gems to maintain my streak. It's a fool's errand to do so.
If these so called “master” level plants have truly been earned by real players (idiots?) pouring real money into this game, then I feel sorry for them. If you are reading this, please get a life! I only ever paid real money just once to buy a plant, and already regret doing that. It's bad enough suffering the ads, from which EA earns real money, much less giving them any more of my hard earned dough by buying plants, gems, etc.
I don’t have any problem coming 1st or 2nd in Jade league with my free plants as long as I put the hours in playing the same stupid game over and over and over. As I type this, I wonder why I am stupid enough to think that this boring repetition is entertaining? At least hamsters running in a wheel are getting exercise...
For me the enticement is the various challenges. I agree that some the repitition in BattleZ can be down right droll...
But at the end of the week the reward makes it all worthwhile !!
I equate Mints with Pokemon...gotta get 'em all !
Not sure about the rest of you but for me there are definitely less of the mega bots in Battlez this round, although just had one now
In Wood League ? Ouch !

Here's a screenshot showing not only further proof of the ridiculously high level bots being generated by the EA system, but also proof that they can actually be beaten!! If the various M200 level plants were real, they would have beaten me easily, which suggests that the score that the M200 level bots actually achieve is equally fictitious.
interestingly, after I beat 3 of these bots at the 10 thru 12 level, my opponents went back to being ordinary level plants. So it seems that the EA modus operandi is to try to beat you down with a series of bots and then match you against recordings of real players if you manage to weather the storm.
Congratulations. Interesting theory that seems reasonable. Down with EA Bots !!
- Anonymous7 years agoGreat score! I'm maxing at 475,000...
And I think I encountered "caroline" just last week (week 35 battlez) and also beat it. Yes, I see the same pattern where after a long streak of wins it gives you a (possibly bot) strong profile opponent. And as you mentioned, after weathering it, it goes back to the normal levels. And I was in soil league last week so I guess league level doesn't matter...
I'm curious on your strategy to get that score...
