PVZ2 Extra Seed Packets-Conversion Proposal

What will happen to the extra packets that I got if I already maxed out a particular plant (mastery maxed)?

For countless seasons of playing, base on my personal experience that was a main issue for me (and for most players too) because whenever I got an extra seed packet of a mastery maxed plant, it only go to the void and unreasonably wasted. The extra seed became useless for mastery maxed plants and I think it's time for you guys to do something about it.

My suggestion is that whenever a player will get an extra seed packet from events/shop for a mastery maxed plant, it will turn into;

 ✓shard, or

✓dust, or

✓fertilizer, or

✓fragment

For a ratio of 1:1 (1 seed to 1 shard/dust/fertilizer/fragment) and this item can be used to purchase in a; 

✓shop, or 

✓Crazy Dave's "Discount Shop", or

✓Crazy Dave's "Black Market"

which consists of (purchasable by shard/dust/fertilizer/fragment);

✓coins/gems

✓seed packets from unowned plants

✓seasonal plants

✓seasonal skins (expensive)

✓other items

Also, it would be better if you guys add an "inventory" for an easier viewing of player's collected resources like candies, gloves, Zen garden seeds, etc.
