@khwpe9lfy732 By completing the Seasons rewards and the Hocus Crocus Epic quest, it is correct that you will only get the new plant to level 4 because there are some seeds short. EA is expecting players to either
1) use $$$ to purchase some seeds
2) use gems to exchange some
3) have been very lucky in grinding through Arena and other quests
As you can see from the images above, the total amount of seeds required is:
250 to unlock
+50 to level 2
+100 to level 3
+200 to level 4
+300 to level 5
Total : 900 seeds
Seeds you set from Season rewards:
20 at 15 crowns
30 at 100 crowns
50 at 150 crowns
150 at 300 crowns. (Hocus Crocus unlocked at this point)
200 at 500 crowns
300 at 1000 crowms
Total: 750 seeds
So with an extra of 50 seeds from Hocus Crocus Epic Quest, this brings you to 800 seeds and there are 100 seeds short to get the new plant to level 5.
From your image showing your level 4 Hocus Crocus at 21/300, (assuming you have done the quests) I think you have been missing at least 200 seeds.
