I lose all my progress and can't recover it

I lose my all progress in Plants vs Zombies 2. Ea can't help me, because they need player id but i lose the account. Everything was happend after the last update i can't remember.  I chat with support 5 times but nothing can be do without player id. I linked the email in the game and i send it to them, my progress is still visible in game centre but this doesn't help. If they want, they 100% can help. (sorry for bad english)
