Perfume-shroom Slight Change / Raptors behavior (12.5 update)

I love the new change that a hypnotized Raptor can now spawn on the line where you use it, but I wish said Raptor could spawn through a portal, so it would be more organic.
Because of this, Raptors should work well in other worlds now, like in BWB where they should sink on water.
