I am sorry if im being annoying, its just i don't understand how I'm supposed to transfer my game data from my old android to my new Iphone. I know you can use google play to log into multiple android, and Icloud for multiple phones. But i want to log out of my google play account and log into my EA account to transfer data cross-platform. Or is there another way?

@GavinGG0124you have to save your account on an email from EA in your old phone,then on your new phone just enter your old email then all your progress will be transfered.just make sure to save your player ID in case sth bad happens.
ok so where do i access that menu? do i need to log into my EA account? or can i just use my google play email? because that doesn't work...
This is my screen, bottom right is Google play icon and bottom left is the cloud, which is the one you want and leads to the second screen.
I don't know why they're missing, perhaps you're not connected to the internet.

@GavinGG0124 I see. That's fine because I recently heard of a bug that the icon won't show if your age is <13. I'm not sure if this is true, though.
Here are a couple of things you can try.
1) Force-Close and reopen the app (a couple of times)
2) Restart your phone
3) Clear the Cache of the PvZ2 app and restart the app (Just make sure you have a screenshot of you player ID)
Sometimes it even takes a while until the cloud icon shows up, so let me know if you still don't see an icon in like an hour.
