BUG Report: When trying to play Scrabble with a friend, the friend does not appear in the Friends list, even though on the main screen they are listed as being online. This has happened before the big revamp of the game/site; unfortunately, the issue persists. I have only been able to play once with my friend today. I then joined Club Pogo, and since then, am no longer able to play with my friend.
EA Staff (Retired)That doe snot work either... from the home screen, it shows my friend online. When I click on "join game" with my friend, I get to the PLAY screen where I need to choose single vs multi player, then choose whether to join a table or a friend. My friend appears in neither list. I tried the whole thing the other way round, same result. Very frustrating. I have had this issue before the redesign as well. Am I the only having this problem...?

I was able to play Scrabble with my online friends until the website update happened in June. Now I can't find my friends' games and they can't find my games. It is very frustrating. It's been six months and the bug is still not fixed.
