Re: Bejeweled Blitz game data lost.

I am playing Bejeweled Blitz on Facebook on my laptop and I've got a non boosted high score of 0 but my other friends have got non boosted high scores, also I am sure I remember the meows being on 1000 but it is down to 10 but that's not important, I will try doing a non boosted high score on my android and then refresh the laptop screen but if that don't work then I don't know what it can be but sorry I have not got a date of when this first happened. also 1 of the screenshots I will include shows a non boosted high score done by the 1 friend of mine.

    HI @post1978 Can we try the following steps and check if anything changes?

     

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
