Re: Sweet Tooth Town freezing mid game

I have tried everything and it does not work. Regardless of how many times I exit and re-enter it freezes. NOT NICE

I have cleared my cache and everything else.  I did thorough clean up of all temp files...ect.  I did an optimize and several scans.  I have tried firefox, chrome and edge and none of them are getting through level 6.  I even tried on my Apple Iphone and it froze there as well.  I can't see what else to do. 

Please advise.

Obviously this problem has been going on since day 1 of this event. Level 6 is broken!! No amount of cache cleaning works. This event is totally impossible to continue/finish because no programmer has been assigned to fix the problem. Please fix this freezing problem before the end of the event and stop giving the USUAL answers for the fix. It's never the cleaning of the cache that's fixes the problem. It's ALWAYS a glitch in the program. So please stop copying and inserting the normal go to answer.🤔

Yep, it's happening to me also. Level 6 on the winter queen freezes consistently.

Yep, it's happening to me as well on level 6 - on Safari. 10 plays in, 2 candies left to go, and it freezes! Sometimes there are two candies on top of each other, but mostly it just stops!

I'm freezing at level 6 on Chrome. I was doing well the very first time I tried the level, but now every time I start over its just frozen. It's weird because the graphics that make the Cookie character move are all working, but nothing I do with my cursor does anything. It's as if i'm not there. But I am! 

Hi, there is definately a glitch in "Snow Queen Celebration" for Sweet Tooth Town - Level 6.  Cannot be completed.  I have tried on my laptop and my desktop and exactly the same issue.  Part way through the game, the fruits start to overlap and you can't click on anything anymore.  Totally frozen.  I have tried now about 12 times and I give up.  Please fix the issue so we can complete the challenge.

I am a long time member.  I am disgusted with POGO, since EA games has taken over.  I am tired of technical issues, especially when it's a short timed challenge, such as this week's Sweet Tooth Town.  It seems that even POGO had gotten COVID!  I actually pay for two memberships.  Mine is gbinkynomorezeh, I also pay for my granddaughter.  I am seriously considering not renewing.  POGO was always a way to get my mind off other problems, being able to concentrate on the games.  Completing a challenge is like completing homework.

Having the same problem at the same place/level.  Tried clearing caches, etc. and nothing helps.

I think that this is one that has to be fixed on your end!!!

I'm stuck on the 6th one too. Along with freezing, I'm also having issues with the screen glitching, and ending up with pieces on top of other pieces. See attachment, circles showing exactly what I'm taking about. 

I have cleared cookies, cache, made sure all updates are done, tried 3 internet platforms, firefox, chrome, and edge .  The snow queen challenge always freezes at level 6.  This issue appears to be in level 6 of the snow queen challenge, unrelated to the platform or user.  

Yes me too on level 6 and can't get anywhere else just freezes I cleaned left the game turned off turned back on and still the same now since the game started can't finish ugh so annoying

I have tried several times AGAIN this morning and mine is still freezing up, doubling up with 2 fruits on top of each other in one space and also when those things don't happen, I can get a candy piece to the bottom and it doesn't clear. It just sits there and never moves. I've tried all the tricks and/or strategies mentioned throughout all these posts. (Level 6 is what I'm speaking about, of course). It doesn't help to give us more time if nothing else changes. This event could go on infinitely and that still doesn't stop the freezing or other issues. Why doesn't Pogo just end our misery by either awarding the badge to everyone or just end the event already???

Wanted to give an update about STT freezing around level 6. We have recently made some changes and this should now be resolved. 

Can you clear cookies/cache, then log back into Pogo and check if this is still happening?
