If you are playing on a free account, we are unable to get around watching ads as this is a part of playing the games for free. 

However, if you are seeing your device slow down in performance overall there are a few things you can run through to see if your performance improves. 

• Check for updates on your web browser
• Check for device and driver updates
• Allow your browser and Pogo through any security you have
• Close any other tabs and closing any other running programs
• Clear your cache and cookies

If performance still seems to be slow, let us know and we can try additional steps.
