Won't load

I can get pogo on my phone and iPad but not my lap top. Says it took pogo too long to respond. Anyone else?

    Thanks for sharing that info! 😊 Since it's working on your phone and iPad, but not on your laptop, it sounds like the issue might be related to the browser settings or internet connection on that device.

    There are some things you can try right away:

    • Clear your browser's cache and cookies. This usually does the trick, so great suggestion C00kiepress​ 
    • Try using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.)
    • Make sure your browser is up to date
    • Temporarily disable any extensions or ad blockers, just in case they're interfering

     

    Hopefully, this helps with the loading issues, but if it keeps happening on your laptop, it'd help to know:

    • Which browser are you're using on the laptop
    • What kind of laptop you're playing on
    • If you're seeing any specific error messages pop up
    • And your Pogo username
