I have been trying for the last hour to get this beta to work but It keeps giving me an error saying my graphics card (NVIDIA 860m) does not support direct x 11. My card does support direct x 11 though... I have tried everything from reinstalling the drivers both nvidia and intel. I also tried reinstalling and verifying the files. I haven't reinstalled direct x yet because it has been hard to find the right site to download it from.
i actually got this as well. i had to reinstall direct x and my .net framework

Most of nVIDIA's Optimus mobile video devices fail that way in EA games, failing to do anything and allowing the onboard IGP from Intel to handle everything.
Might be a solved issue but this reddit form fixed my DX11 issue with PVZ GW2. And I am using Win8.1 and an 860M on my laptop. A lot of folks are saying to upgrade to win10 to fix this issue not the case! I fixed with this info:
