Squadrons bought from steam not showing up in purchased games in ea app

I bought squadrons from steam and I think because this was a while back nowz that I refunded it and then bought it again because of the vr, I also own the game on Epic but prefer to use steam. That being said I have to verify my email every time I start the game and I think it might be because of zthe refund ea might still think Ive refunded the game when I actually own it. Anyw ay I can't use the multiplayer function of the game so Im reaching out to the community but Im really hoping an admin can help me solve this problem.
