Jedi fallen order chest and secret bug

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug On the planet Zeffo in the imperial headquarters I have found both chests but it only says I have one and in the tomb of miktrull I have both secrets but it says I only have one despite have all of the unlock able cosmetics for ponchos, outfits, bd-1, the mantis, and all lightsaber parts. When I got to load my save it even says I have it 100% completed. I don’t want to have to play the whole game again to get the platinum trophy after I’ve already put all this time in getting all the collectibles. Please help!
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure.
What happens when the bug occurs? Holomap is not complete despite have all collectibles
What do you expect to see? Zeffo 100% completed

    Problem still exists. Chests not counting, even when revisiting area. As far as I'm concerned, a game that wont allow you to platinum it is a broken game. Needs sorting ASAP, or refund.

    @austinmeyer I had the same thing happen to me on Dathomir in the Swamp. It says I have 2/3 chests, but I’m doing New Journey + and started the game with all chests already opened. It’s literally the only thing keeping me from 100%.

    I have also had the same problem with the swamp of sacrifice. Opened all 3 chests in my first playthrough and on starting my + game I found that the completion was at 2/3. All 3 are still open and I’ve returned to the area but still can’t complete Dathomir.

    I also have the same problem at the Swamp of Sacrifice :/

    Really wanted to 100% this game!

    If it helps any for those with the Swamp of Sacrifice bug. I too was having the problem, with 2/3 chests after starting a New Story+ game. I was going crazy, even going back and revisiting the three chests to make sure (for the fourth time) that I had opened them. The game still registered 2/3.

    I ended up closing my game in frustration (because I didn't want to spend the time running back out) and starting the game back up. When it loaded back onto Dathomir, the trophy triggered and now both the Swamp of Sacrifice says 3/3 and Dathomir is 16/16. Might want to try something similar!

    @Kaayl This worked for me (on Xbox One). The trick, it seems, is that I had to save the game on Dathomir (my last save was from the Mantis on the landing pad; I didn't even go to the Swamp) and then start the game again.

    I loaded up the game about 30 minutes earlier, but I was on Zeffo. Traveled to Dathomir, quit the game, had dinner, came back, reloaded the game and hit Continue, and the achievement unlocked as soon as I found myself standing on the landing pad.

    I had this issue on Xbox One. I realize this isn’t an option for some but it worked for me. After reopening the game on my Series X the chest count was showing properly.
