Lightsaber effect tears when motion blur turned off

It's not as noticeable during fighting animations, but it extremely prominent when holding block. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Turn off motion blur, hold block, and turn the camera.What happens when the bug occurs? Lightsaber effect exhibits extreme tearing. What do you expect to see? @ImadeMario Yeah I get that too also on PC. Here I'll add a picture too if that's allowed.

You can easily reproduce that right at the beginning during the train section by holding block.

@zizi802 Thanks I thought maybe my gpu was getting old or something until I saw your post. All we can do is wait for a patch I guess..as usual...

@ImadeMario This game seems very twitchy ..I noticed the sabre thing straight away and updated Nvidia drivers but it's still there. Also I'd like to say I notice many jumps inbetween the transition footage during cutscene videos. Allmost as if it was uncut. I'm pretty sure it's not my lack of beef in hardware or PC specs. My Cpu IS a bit old though. Fallout 4 with a Ton of mods ran just fine on this rig.... This game should have been polished more before release Imho...

I'm seeing the same exact thing on PS4, regardless of whether or not I have motion blur on.
