Having the same problem ! Looks like i have to setup a new account for him. EA is Big Brother....Time to boycott them !

- Same here .
My lad set one up on plants v zombies without telling me and now it's attached to my gamertag . Hours on customer support to be told by the complete Muppet on the phone that the issue will resolve itself in 8 years !!!
